The Tamarac Studios wasn’t just located in the industrial heart of Sun Valley, California, it was at the end of a cul-de-sac nestled between a commercial shredding shredding service and an auto crushing plant. Nearby were not one but two trash sites (uniquely fragrant in the summertime — and those flies!) and an electronics recycling service. Needless to say, there weren’t many fine dining establishments to which one could stroll at lunchtime.
Lucky for us, Kent hired Big Time Caterers. Great food was always available . . . and delicious.
